October Workshop with Patty Murphy

Discover how easy it is to make a Lone Star Quilt when you learn all the right tricks. This playful, scrappy version takes the fear out of color placement by using a variety of strips to create a bold eight-pointed star. It’s great for stash-busting or for using up a roll of 2 1/2” strips. Patty will walk you through accurate strip piecing and cutting strips on an angle to ensure perfect points in all your diamonds. You will conquer the fear of y-seams, and you will leave with the beginnings of a beautiful quilt.
